The entire staff at Ross Veterinary Clinic is top notch! Dr. Ross truly cares about animals & is passionate about their care. We have been taking our dogs there for the past 15 years & always had wonderful experiences.
We have been going here for around 6+ years and have never had a bad experience.
Dr. Ross and the staff are awesome. I completely trust them with my fur babies. The atmosphere is relaxed. My animals never get stressed going there.
Dr Kathy is truly one of a kind. She has gone over the top for not just me but my family and our animals. I cannot thank her enough for being so being patient with Libby who is not the best to deal with while at the vet.
Provides the lowest standard of care around whilst hiding behind a people pleasing persona and abusive manors behind closed doors. I'm sure people have heard the staff getting screamed at on more than one occasion. If you want quantity over quality and lack of effort except for the occasional staff member who cares enough to push for more of an effort, this is the place for you. Not enough people wonder what is sacrificed and by who to offer a cheaper bill to you.
Wonderful staff and Dr Ross is great with our pets and I know for a fact one of her favourite smells is pupoy breath. 😊
