Always friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to get me in as fast as possible.
I got a quote 3 times to some service I needed done on my car. Out of the 3 times the prices were always the highest compared to the other 2 quote I got around. Due to the high prices charged I never had the chance to know how they work.
I shopped tire prices at 5 other places, Ross was the cheapest. I set an appt time to have them put on, and unexpectedly showed up 30 min early, expecting a long wait. Not only were they affordable, they were kind, and accommodating. I was in and out in under an hour. They offered me wifi and coffee while waiting. I will very certainly return to Ross. Thank you for everything. �
Always have great service at Ross Tire and Service, I like to use local businesses and they provide everything I need for all my vehicle maintenance.
They put an oddball tire on my car. They did not honor my tire protection warranty. They lost my matching cap,but I didn't say anything.I had just ordered tires for my Corvette. But when they refused to reimburse me for my tire, I said cancel those tires. I had heard bad things about Ross, but I broke down right by them. That's the only reason I used Ross. They just lost a customer. I would have given a zero star if they had one.
