Can’t believe you won’t get back to me. Your company came out to check why my ac wasn’t cooling when it was mid 90’s and humid. He checked roof top unit and advised me the coils needed cleaning. Told him they were cleaned last fall before the trailer was winterized. Wanted $300.00 to clean. Checked unit and found coils were clean. Professional and affordable! It can be difficult sometimes to find services that respond to requests in a timely manner, or a business that can get you scheduled within a reasonable amount of time. Ross tech 360 not only responded and scheduled me quickly but they did a good job cleaning my 5 mini-splits. I will gladly use them again in the future.
