Dr. Ross is a very caring person.He,and his staff are just wonderful.A great practice.
I am in my twenties and was having gum recession and periodontal disease even though I took great care of my teeth. Saw Dr. Jen Lai for root planing and scaling. A couple months later, we noticed some improvement. The biggest improvement came after my hygienest Lynn recommended I use "soft picks" to clean in between my gums. Floss was not working well since I am so sensitive. I have been a patient of Dr. Ross's for over 40 years. I can't imagine going to any other dentist for periodontal care. He has an amazing way of making you feel safe while he does his magic. He has a wonderful personality and explains the procedure he will be doing in detail, so you will know exactly what he will be doing. He recently performed a tooth implant and I dreaded the unknown, but he made it so painless. Dr. Ross is among the very best dentists in this area.
