Do not go to this doctor. I have never experienced the treatment that my family received from the front desk staff. This is the only podiatrist in Anne Arundel county that is charging a copay for an in office consult and then making a patient return, make another appointment and pay co pay again, for treatment. They will not due same day ingrown toe nail treatment. This is not an insurance authorization issue.Its a very poor practice by the facility. Just go elsewhere. I’m disappointed. I asked Tess how much boot would cost she said” i can’t tell you that” i took boot home put in box. I checked amazon found same exact boot for 99.00 was shocked to see dr office charged 230.00 ins did not cover! This dr won’t even let me give boot back or pay them 100.00 instead they have a collection agency calling me for over 2years saying reporting to collection agency!
