We closed on a home 9/30. We were promised and signed a contract that our “new built home” would have the finished touches that were needing to be completed. Crispin Reyna represented that builder whom he has stated, “he’s work with them 20+ years”. It is now 1/12 and Crispin has stopped all communication, and the builder Manuel Cabrera has stopped all communication. Here we are with an expensive brand new unfinished home.
