DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Richard Ross is an awful excuse for a realtor. I felt very uncomfortable with him in a house alone and even brought my pepper spray with me. The person who works for him and answers his phone is hard of hearing and so you are just wasting your breath by calling. The office is in a house that is constantly locked up and tenants live in the basement. He seemed nice but everything about this business including how he dressed and acted was unprofessional.
