Very giving
I do not recommend them. My friend was promised an incentive to vacate her rental within 30 days. She is a single mom, and scrambled to find a new place, pack her house and move within the 30 days. She did this while holding down two jobs, and maintaining her daughter’s very active school and social life. It has been more than three months, and she has not received the promised payment.
