I hired Jason Ross to represent me on a a few charges where I was illegally searched and falsely arrested for a dwi when I wasn't even driving. He assured me when I spoke with him that he would have all my charges dismissed. I paid him 7k in cash that week. After that he didn't do anything to try and get my charges dropped. When my court date rolled around he told me that I had to take a plea bargain on the charges or I'd be rearrested and have to post another bond.
