They are very rude and clearly over booked they can't handle the workload and take it out on the people they supposedly want to help
If I could give Jason Ross no stars I would I hired him for my husband Ross had no problem taking the money but after being paid didn't show up at our appointments or answer the phone. When we seen him in court and asked him to speak to us he said he would give our money back in a month or so. I told him I was going to report him and he give me the number to the bar, he thinks he is unstoppable and can just do whatever he wants. He should be disbarred
Jason ross is extremely disrespectful, and lacks compassion for his clients. Let's hope you don't get him "court appointed" not only will you get talked down on like a dog but you will feel so utterly uncomfortable it's insane. This man doesn't even need to be court appointed because he doesn't "have time" to deal with the cases. Refuses to even SPEAK to his clients. I can not stand this man and I am SO GLAD my husband's case is over, never have to be in this mans presence again

Stopped in to ask 1 quick question on a paper I received. Literally would of taken 30 seconds to answer. Jason said we are about to close you have to come back on Monday. I said I have 1 quick question about a paper I received and was wondering if I could use the same page put switch the names around in my response is the only thing I need to know.
