After hearing of my experience so far, my wife decided to get some help for herself with Dr Ross. I'm very pleased with the treatment I have received so far, only time will tell if this will save these two teeth and reverse the underlying bone loss, which in my opinion was caused by my GP dentist botching a root canal. But if it can be done, I think Dr Ross is the man for the job, with his advanced laser doodads, not to mention his obvious skill, patience, caring, and commitment to each patient's care.
Just don't do it! I saw doctor Ross in November of 2019. I had to pay for my entire treatment up front. As per his agreement with my insurance company he had to send the reimbursement to me when he was paid by the insurance company. They sent the 1st 2 checks back even after I called when the sent the 1st one back. They would not return calls from my insurance company delaying payment further. Then they didn't get a check.
