Mark is a crook. Did an illegal sale on a property in Milton. Undersold this property by $50,000 to his friend -- another lawyer -- without listing the property on the MLS. So he stole $26,000 from me as the second mortagee. Went to Small Claims Court (a joke) and lost because he papered the file with phony house appraisals done by his friends. He has a lot of influence with the Sheriff's Office (does he pay bribes?) so he can easily get possession of a property and transfer it to his friends (fellow lawyers) and a few m... read more
They hit me with a huge bill upfront and then did nothing with my case! There was almost no communication about the work they were allegedly doing. Then after however many months, they said the retainer had run out, they were at an impasse, and they wanted to quit unless I topped up the money. A Jew and a Persian dude run the place, just schmoozing and glad-handing everyone and talking out of their butts when it comes to the law. They promise you the moon and accomplish nothing!
