I have been in the motorcycle industry for 20 years, and this was the best place I ever turned wenches at. I was a technician there for 3 years. one thing I can say about this company is Scott Ross is one of the greatest people I ever had the pleasure of working for. This was not a place of employment for me, it was a second family. Everyone at Ross Motorsports are amazing people.

The foot pedal on my in Warranty Minkota Ultrex froze up Monday and could not steer. I checked around to see who was a local Minnkota repair station and found Ross Motorsports in Lufkin. So I carried my boat to them and had the best customer service and trolling motor repair experience ever at a dealership. Not only was it painless but they made me feel like one of the gang. Thank you Scott Ross and the staff at Ross Motorsports. Well done Sir.
Great group a sale guys go above and beyond to help you now the service department totally opposite service department sucks especially the service manager kelly I believe is his name guy with a big mustache he is a rude arrogant prick that has know customer service and the service supervisor is a piece of crap as well other than that place is great highly recommend buying from them but not having anything serviced
