My husband and I were out house shopping late on a Saturday morning when we found our "castle". We had gotten prequel from another company which needed to be updated. We had such a great experience with Jason and Denise. As first time home buyers we needed a bit of extra care going through the steps and they were there for us every step of the way. I would definitely use them again!
I am 32 and I have already bought a house and refinanced it once. The worst part of the process is having to battle a loan agent to get the best deal. They let the process drag on and on until you give in and settle for a deal you are not happy with. With Jason and his team, you don't have those issues. I Have to say that in the 14 years that I have been using Jason and his team the results have always been 5 STAR! His expertise goes far beyond just mortgages, his financial background has really helped some of my clients get a mortgage that otherwise would not be a candidate. He is very well versed in ALL types of mortgages including Rural Development loans which are an up and coming area of financing that is a valuable tool to all Realtors.
