I was very disappointed with the customer service at Ross Mortgage. I initially worked with Grace on a closing and a refinance. I had concerns along the way and when I expressed those concerns, Michael took over who was arrogant and condescending. I went back to Grace to finish the closings. She did not show up for the closings and I never received a follow up call or email to either see how the closings went or to thank me for being a customer. I am a first time home buyer and Ross Mortgage has been amazing. I have been working with Trisha and she is fantastic! I knew absolutely nothing about the mortgage process and she took me through everything in a way I could understand. I had a very tight deadline of when I wanted to close and she made it happen. Definitely check out Ross Mortgage if you are planning to buy a home!
