Had a great procedure at this clinic. I am a big baby when it comes to these types of things, the team were friendly funny and upfront. Thank you Dr. Lombaard and team K and B.
Dr. Vogel was amazing! He and the staff are very friendly and make sure you feel comfortable. Would highly recommend.
Couldn't get through to talk to someone on the phone. Finally was able to talk to some, told I couldn't book without a referral, got the referral, they accepted the referral, still couldn't book the appointment, complete waste of time and don't get me started on the condescending receptionist, who straight said, "the only reason I answered the phone was because I thought you were w delivery we were waiting". I guess 11 reviews are 11 patients that were able to he patients
Dr. Lombaard is the best doctor I have ever had. He is caring, attentive, and always responds quickly. He regularly checks in on his patients and keeps them updated, which shows how much he truly cares. The staff are amazing, kind, and always helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Lombaard and his team to anyone looking for excellent surgical care.
