I have never encountered such a LAZY group of people in my life. They cannot even pick up the phone to schedule an appointment - even for an optical emergency. You seriously can call their voicemail for THREE DAYS and nobody even picks up the phone to get back to you. This is what you get with Southern people in this area I guess; they and McLeod are on a race to the bottom for worst medical care in the country. I'm very disappointed in Stokes Eye Center with good reason. I've been a patient for over 10 years, paid my bills on time, kept all of my appointments and they changed their appointment policies without notification. I drove over 25 miles to an appointment made a month ago & they told me my appt was cancelled because I didnt call them and confirm my appt. Didn't care at all & wouldnt let me see the Dr. How's that for too much money in the bank?
