Although on site manager does the best he can, and to that point, my immediate needs are met. However, the parent management company makes 'repair work promises ' it, to date, has yet to be fulfilled. The statement used most often by management, when inquiries are made ( by me), as to time-line, I am told to be patient.

I believe that the review by "Mudd Foot" is referring to another business. I know that there is another Ross Management in MD, who also manages properties. We are in NJ, and our hiring practices revolve solely around skillset. We believe in community, and earning trust through long term relationships.
