THE MARIPOSA APARTMENT COMPLEX IS TOXIC!!! Along-term resident was approached by an undocumented Mexican housekeeper pleading for help in being human trafficked. The resident called the police against site manager Jerome {"Jerry") Wilmer, and 13 days later he posted an eviction notice on her door making false allegations of her being a "behavioral problem.," and supporting it with patently transparent frauds and a pretender witness who the resident never ever saw before the hearing. This place and group is a nightmare. No customer service skills used. They need a course on how to provide great customer service. They don't take care of any of their properties. And they call themselves a good company. I would never recommend this management company to any owner.
