Amazing customer service with reasonable pricing. They explain the cost and the reasoning behind it and and build customer trust by providing quotes that are the same as what you end up paying. They went above and beyond when I needed to run home to grab my card to pay for my service when the digital card didn't work. Absolute legends!

2 years ago I paid this company, (then operating under the ‘McDonald’s Motors’ banner) $2000 to repair my Holden Barina’s rear suspension. In my honest opinion they took these funds & did nothing to the suspension. This was confirmed by another company in Moorabool Street a short time later. Every woman knows what it is to be ‘fleeced’ by unethical mechanics. It is particularly shameful to do this to a pensioner / or person on a low income.
