The receptionist (which is the doctor's wife), made some errors in my Mother's secondary insurance which would have required that my Mother pay for services when in fact the secondary insurance would have covered the procedure. Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? No, it is their way or the highway Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
