Not much waiting which is good. The doctor and assistant were very professional and friendly. I liked the fact that they gave us free skin care product samples to try at home.

Dr ross was very thorough. She is very intelligent but talked to me like I was a friend. It was easy to get an appointment. The wait time was short during my visit. The staff was professional and friendly. I waited for about 5 minutes at the office before seeing the doctor.

Dr Ross is extremely knowledgable and I have never doubted that she has my needs as a patient at the top of her priority list. I will go in for one issue and she will notice something unrelated that I need to consider to immediately take care of at the time of that appoinment or ponder for a future time. She genuinely cares for my well-being and I entrust her with all matters regarding my health in relation to her area of expertise. Before seeing Dr. Ross I had seen several other Dermatologists and none of them could figure out what was going on with this strange rash I had gotten on my legs. Thankfully I went to her, she was able to figure it out and I was rid of that terrible rash in about 2 weeks. Thanks Dr. Ross.
