The units themselves are decent, but the management is terrible. I have twice now witnessed my personal vehicle being damaged by other tenants children who are allowed to play in the middle of the parking lot. (They have a playground area). First time it was struck by a ball and the second time was ran into with a bicycle. Which has resulted in body shop work to repair multiple scratches and a dent.
