This is more of a gold Pawn and buying store. If you want get rip of this is the best store in whole Dallas, if you ask the price he will go over the tag price and then he will come down. And there is no manners no proper staff, you will be unattended they focused on stocking while customer is waiting in the store.

I purchased a ring in November 2023 and within a day of use one of the diamond stone fell off. They said they would replace it but simply fixed it. Thereafter not wanting to use the product, I stored it away and started using it recently (a week ago) and a stone fell off again, making the ring unwearable. It is very disappointing considering the hefty claims made by the owner of the store regarding quality. I did not face this problem with well-known jewelry brands. Please do not purchase anything from this store.
