I wouldn't reccomend this buisness for a purchase due to personal experience. I went to buy a diamond necklace. I was quoted a price, the told them I would think about it! I went and stood outside the store. Naturally watching and thinking about the purchase. I went back into the store, and it magically got sold, but I seen the counter where it was located, and watched them pull it. Shady buisness practice, if you quoted the incorrect price, come out and say that, instead of pulling merchandise! Buyer Beware!!!!
We went to go get battery replacements for a few watches. The guy told us 25 minutes after standing waiting 15 minutes for service. 40 minutes later he hadn’t even changed the batteries but continued to help other customers who came in after us. Then he told us to come back a half hour later… we took our watches back and said we’d take our business elsewhere since we weren’t gonna let this guy waste more of our time. Just because we were female customers doesn’t mean we should’ve been treated less than his male customers.
