We went to go get battery replacements for a few watches. The guy told us 25 minutes after standing waiting 15 minutes for service. 40 minutes later he hadn’t even changed the batteries but continued to help other customers who came in after us. Then he told us to come back a half hour later… we took our watches back and said we’d take our business elsewhere since we weren’t gonna let this guy waste more of our time. Just because we were female customers doesn’t mean we should’ve been treated less than his male customers.
