Bought a watch from them, took it back the next day as it was broke, wouldn’t keep time. They tried to tell me all sales final but I pushed back as to this item was defective, they agreed to order me a replacement however I’ve called several times for status and never get a call back after multiple messages left. This is NOT a reputable business, I will also reach out to the mall management and file a complaint as well as the BBB.
