They Hooked me up with some screw backs for cheap
I came here based on recommendations from other people and I must say, I truly don’t understand why anyone would recommend this place. The customer service was laughable, when I went to pick up my $9,300 chain, they had me waiting for a half hour in the store, didn’t even acknowledge me when I came inside and waited. After receiving the chain, within an hour a diamond fell out. I returned to the store and they tried to blame it on me, instead of stepping up and fixing the subpar work.
