Do not hire this company for anything. I AM WARNING YOU! Terry Ross was extremely belligerent. I was forced to use them as a Sears certified installer of a hot water heater. He tried to charge me $60 to drain my hot water heater. This was one of his scams! When questioned he asked me what I did for a living and then he told me he was a rich man and didn't care. He left the area completely stained and dirty with rust from previous tank. New carpets were ruined. Told me to read the fine print on the contract from Sears. I did ... read more
Terry installed a new gas fireplace for us. His prices were great and work outstanding. He followed up with a phone call to make sure we were pleased with the product. He is very pleasant and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Ross Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone!
A contractor of mine requested an estimate from Terry Ross in July 2012. Terry was pushy and did not appear knowledgeable. Terry returned to my home in October 9th 2012 uninvited. when I told him I was not interested in his help and that I decided to do business else ware, he pushed the door open on my tenant and went in my house to look at my venting system threatening me if I didn’t hire him he would call code inspector on me. I reported him to the Syracuse Police October 9th 2012.
