Ross was incredible. I came to New York on a transfer visa which meant that renting a flat would be less straightforward than for US citizens. Ross understood exactly what I was looking for, and found me the flat of my dreams in 2 days, that was off the beaten track. Not only that, but he managed to overcome all the hurdles of a foreigner's application. All this with kindness, empathy, generosity and professionalism. My arrival in NYC was transformed thanks to this partnership. I can only recommend Ross warmly!

Ross was amazing. It was my first time renting an apartment in New York and he patiently walked to through the entire process. He always said "we are in this together" and this is exactly the way I felt. His goal is to find the perfect apartment for his clients - in terms of size, budget and neighborhood. Apartment hunting in New York can be overehwealming, - Ross reduced my stress level by at least 90% the minute I talked to him. I can only recommend working with Ross!
