My Niece/Daughter and I have been calling for 3 days to cancel the appointment because shots can't be given now! The phone has been busy and rings sometimes then hangs up, plus there isn't a way to leave a message, what kind of office is this? She really liked the Dr but some of the staff are very crass and rude@

Little to no wait time during appointment, friendly and professional staff, easy to schedule appointment and they always have time to answer any questions you'd have. Best choice for my little one!!!
