Probably the worst Ross experience I’ve had. The employee at the entrance didn’t acknowledge or greet customers, which is unusual compared to other Ross stores I’ve visited. The restroom was in terrible condition with an extremely strong odor—I had to leave almost immediately. I reported the issue to three different employees, but none seemed concerned or took any action. The lack of customer service and attention to cleanliness was very disappointing. Hope management addresses these issues.
I am a long term customer of Ross. I have never seen this bad customer service ever. The restroom was very very bad. When this was raised as a concern, no one acknowledged. I spoke to a lady and a man. Both of them never acknowledged the issue. Maybe I have to be glad they just heard what I spoke. Never expected this from Ross.
