My experience here at Ross with cashier named Liliana had such a bad attitude and customer service not only with me but with the customer in front of me as well. She was very unprofessional and unhelpful, she came across as rude and dismissive. She gave very poor service, customer interactions should feel WELCOMING, not uncomfortable. I don’t think people like this should be working front-end positions if they can’t provide basic, respectful customer service.
