They had no problem selling me a brand new truck but the service department is a joke. They have had my truck for weeks. Every time I call them they claim they will call me back and never do. Not to mention the truck is an absolute turd. The dash lights up like a Christmas tree at least once a month since the year I’ve had it.
I brought my jeep in for a wheel balance and clutch recall repair. They supposedly performed the balance (which cost me $99) and postponed the recall while waiting on parts. After driving on the interstate, I realized the jeep had a death wobble. I inspected my rims and realized that one of them didn’t have any weights and the other three looked as if some of the weights had flung off with some still attached. I met Ross on the lot for a Mitsubishi Outlander he posted on Facebook. Long story short we ended up getting a brand new Jeep Wrangler because I needed 4x4. Ross was the man in charge! He helped us the whole way through the process making it easy and painless! I would highly recommend going to see him if you need a car! He is the best car salesman I've ever come across and knew way more about cars than I could imagine! Ross is the man! Me and my wife couldn't be happier.
