Ross Downing provides very poor customer service. My son bought a brand new Laramie 2500 Ram truck and it broke down multiple times within only a couple months of buying it. The last time it broke down was while he was out of state working a job so he was basically stranded and had no way to pull his camper back home from where he was working. Very easy and friendly purchasing experience. The sales staff were very efficient in their communications. The only issue I have experienced is with the malfunctioning of the truck and trying to get them to fix it.

I had an excellent experience buying my car through Ross Downing. I first saw the ad on Facebook and reached out to Arthur, who gave me a straightforward price right away — and it turned out to be the best deal on the market. Arthur stayed in touch with me throughout the process, guided me through the paperwork, and even picked me up from the New Orleans airport when I flew in to complete the purchase. Afterward, I drove my new car back to Dallas. The entire process was smooth and stress-free — truly a great experience.
