Took my vehicle to Roos Downing in Hammond for an oil change and a check engine light. Jay was assigned as my advisor and was told it would be a couple days. There was no updates given Thursday or Friday. Monday I received a call from Jay explaining what diagnostic test revealed an EVAP vent valve was flagged and grounding straps which I approved approximately 9-9:30 Monday morning.
