Ross Development should be embarrassed by how they manage their properties and how they treat people when their negligence causes real damage. While visiting the Chantry Square business center, my vehicle struck a massive pothole in their parking lot (one of many on the property). I was told by Other World management that this is a long-standing hazard that Ross Development refuses to address. Rude customer service reps/reception.
Someone claiming to be the owner tried to scam me by sending me 2 checks for me to cash to pay a landscaper and for me to clean their house said they just bought the house and was out of town and then cussed me and harassed me about cashing the checks and got mad when I refused to do so.
