Ross Development has been excellent to work with. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally, and communication is clear and consistent throughout the process. It’s easy to reach the team, and they follow through on what they say. Overall, a reliable and well managed company.
Ross Development should be embarrassed by how they manage their properties and how they treat people when their negligence causes real damage. While visiting the Chantry Square business center, my vehicle struck a massive pothole in their parking lot (one of many on the property). I was told by Other World management that this is a long-standing hazard that Ross Development refuses to address.
