I've called for the past couple of days. I can never get anyone on the line. All I get is a message stating someone will call me by the end of the business day. No one did. I set up an appointment online (which has to be confirmed by them). Waited. Nothing. Called after the appointment time and was transferred to a SEGUIN location -- another message stating no one was available. I just hung up. The staff is very professional and friendly. My radiation tech tells me what she's doing, and what to expect after additional treatments. Dr. Ross and all staff smile a lot, and that helps me deal with what I have to go through.

I visited this office because I had some sort of skin condition. I asked the doctor that saw me that I think I need to get a biopsy/skin test and he agreed. Next appt doctor Ross mentions it looks like an allergic reaction & suggested an allergy test instead. I had told her of my medical history and how I’m not allergic to anything and that I think the biopsy/skin test is what I need. First time I went PA came into the room The entire time during the visit the PA had her eyes closed with her head down I thought this was so rude The second time I saw Dr.Ross and She was in the room for about 3 minutes She wasn't very welcoming and bedside manners weren't the best The other staff was friendly
