Extremely upset that when you go online & request an appointment you never get a response as to whether or not it was approved. Mind you- I made an appoint online a week in advance. The Friday before I literally had to call myself to verify the appointment. And after hold for 10-15 min. they said yes I was scheduled for the following Monday. I drove all the way down there (40 min. drive- 1 way) just to be told I had the wrong date. Seriously!! I had just called on Friday. This La Vernia location. What a waste of my time. I w... read more
Very caring
Too much wait time. Too much paperwork/forms to fill out. Older patients were digging wallets to get info for forms. I didnt fill them completely...too much to fill out.
