Quick in and out! Dr. Ross was very personable!! I was seen at Wilford Hall Dermatology last month and they referred me to Dr. Ross without doing any procedures. Dr. Ross was much more thorough and froze a couple dozen areas of precancerous cells. I was VERY impressed!!
I had a wonderful experience at Ross Dermatology in La Vernia. The office staff was welcoming and efficient, and the medical team provided excellent care. My appointment was on time, my concerns were addressed completely, and I left feeling confident in my treatment plan. It's clear that patient care is a priority here. Highly recommended.
Extremely upset that when you go online & request an appointment you never get a response as to whether or not it was approved. Mind you- I made an appoint online a week in advance. The Friday before I literally had to call myself to verify the appointment. And after hold for 10-15 min. they said yes I was scheduled for the following Monday.
