David Kelland Ross could be a capable lawyer, it’s difficult to assess given that I’ve never hired him. I would hope he’s at least somewhat competent given his utter lack of compassion for people and respect for personal freedoms. David Kelland Ross is one attorney in Brooklyn Park responsible for prosecuting a number of community members exercising their right to peacefully assemble.
