This review is less about Dr Ross than it is about his office’s patient communications execution. Dr Ross only sees patients once a year so whenever you have a concern you must communicate with your assigned APRN. The problem is you can never reach her on the phone and your voice messages go unanswered. Every staff member goes over and beyond to help you with anything . I see Dr Ross & Dr Jordan and let me say these 2 Dr’s truly care about the patients well being. They truly go over & beyond the call of duty to exhaust every tool they have on board during the diagnostic phase of your journey.
