Was under the impression that my daughter was going to be getting one cap put on and one tooth pulled. When I got her home and looked at what the dentist had done I realized that the dentist put a total of EIGHT caps on my child’s teeth! I am LIVID! I did NOT okay this. I spoke with a few people who have taken their kids to the same dentist and I guess it’s something that Dr. Ross does with a lot and I mean A LOT of the children who are on Soonercare!
I just want to start by saying wow! Wonderful, wonderful experience with a phenomenal dentist. Her staff is on point as well. I would recommend this place to anyone! Blown away is all we can say. The bedside manner of the dentist is unmatched, you will not find this except for a few times in a lifetime. I mean this. There is a personal touch to this office that makes you feel somehow like you’re at home.
