Quality work, fast service I had a couple of computer problems recently that I wasn't able to fix myself, so I took it to Ross. They fixed the CD-ROM, formatted my hardrive, reinstalled all the software and had it back to me in 2 days. The price was a little high for what they did and instead of reinstalling AOL like I asked them to, they installed Nuvox, but overall I was happy with the quality of the work and the quick service.
It's a joke without a punch line Don't bother with these amateurs. They don't listen. They don't follow up, and they sell cheap components.But there is good news:they have competition from an equally inept outfit.
