Good luck getting a legit appointment. I spent almost 6 months to get both of my children in for therapy. I managed two total meetings over that span, one therapist couldn't ever schedule in a timely fashion or pushed for telehealth. The other quit. I was recommended to a third therapist and when I showed up for the scheduled appointments nobody was there. What an absolute waste of my and my childrens' time trying to work with Ross group.
Personal information is shared to outsiders and is spread. Aside from that, other therapists will earhustle to listen in on your session. Do not recommend. Unfortunately was told I had to schedule through the therapist then I was told I had to schedule through the office..I was scheduled by the therapist on a day they were closed AND when rescheduled I was told at 2 pm only for me to show and be told it was at 1 pm. The unprofessional behavior is unbelievable. Do not come here for care.
NO SHOW! Had appointment at noon 11/05. Arrived at 11:55. Waited until 12:20. No call, no text, no email. No good :(
