Nico and Matt were great to work with in helping us find a 20k square foot facility for our PT and Training facility. They helped us find a building that fit our needs and was in our budget despite limited inventory due to our unique use. After closing they helped navigate us through the TI process as well. Would definitely recommend for commercial property needs.
