I went for my first manicure and it was not a great experience at all. She spent maybe 10 minutes with me, rushed through applying the clear coat, and quickly pushed me out of the chair. What really upset me was when I went back in and asked for the manager’s opinion on whether my nails looked right. Instead of trying to correct the issue, she gave me a bunch of excuses about why I still had damaged and dead skin around my nails. I have visited this nail salon three times and had a great experience each visit. The staff is professional, welcoming, and kind. The salon is very clean and calming.
Got the gel powder, and love it. Very friendly staff, an abundance of options (color), and conveniently located! I love my nails and the environment.

A young gentleman did my gel pedicure. He was outstanding! He took his time and my toes looked fantastic! The nail spa is very clean. I would highly recommend going to Ross Bridge Nail Spa.
