I hate that this place has some low stars because I’ve been coming here for 5 years and have no issues. When I come here they get me back so fast. The office is so clean and inviting. I absolutely love the lady at the front desk- don’t know her name but she is great at her job and I enjoy seeing her once a year. Others mention issues with billing but I have no issues getting my sonogram and mammogram paid fully each year so I think the issue is these ladies insurance coverage and not the billing practices of this clinic.
Fast, efficient and nice people.
Their billing practices are very mis-leading. They bill routine x-rays separate from mammogram ... so it is applied to insurance deductible vs 100% payment. They charge $682 for Routine X-Ray Reading. I will definitely find another provider next year. Stay away !
