I took my food truck in for them to inspect why my power wasn't working. The gentlemen were patient with me and didn't allow my pissy attitude and frustration with it not working get in the way of their professionalism. To fix the issue it was as simple as pushing the reset button on the generator. Dude doesnt fix the problem and you end up with more broken stuff. Drives his customers vehicles home everyday. CAUSE why not bring a customer car home to thrash on. This guy is an absolute con artist. Also hello from your neighbor. Installed a idler arm. The nut was probably never even touched with a ratchet it fell off driving I lost all steering input and almost drove into a ditch. My husband and I were in need of auto repairs and was told about Mr Ross in an Auto Zone store. My husband called him last week for an estimate and got a great estimate! Today he went there and had the services done. He performed the services with no problem. He also noticed that my battery was going bad which we kind of suspected before we got there.. Since my husband is on disability he explained that he couldn't afford to pay for a battery and the other work performed. Mr Ross put in a brand new battery anyway and told my... read more

Had an emergency today with my car overheating, they were able to get me back on the road fast. I could tell they were very busy but they took the time to help and were very professional. These guys are the real deal auto mechanics!

Don't go there for anything they don't know what they're doing
