Dr. Andrew Ross is one of the best Doctors. He really listens. He is not in a constant rush. I worry more about his time than he does. He pays attention to what you are saying. I do not believe you can find a better Dr. I was really worried when I thought he was retiring. He is not. He said he would be practicing for a long time. He is the best Dr. I have ever had. Thank you God for such a nice man. Especially in today's world. Ardeene Swain

For 30 years, Doctor Ross has tended to my health - the usual grab bag of complaints, minor to dire, though lately, as age creeps up, much more the latter. Like all of us (except the Pope), he is fallible; unlike His Holiness, Andy is very, very funny, a trait that goes far in a medical setting, something vanishingly few doctors understand. He is also very, very expert, a consequence, I imagine, of by now having seen it all healthcare-wise. I wouldn't think of seeing anyone else.

Andy is a great doctor, but a lousy patient-doctor communicator. And if the patient can't contact his doctor what good is even the best doctor? Thus one star. Here're the details. Like many doctors nowadays Ross is on many MyChart efiles that carry patient data like test results, appointments made and kept, shots, and meds, and the really really important item: Messages.
