Walked out of my appointment kid appointment 2nd time another doctor has referred me to him for my spine issues 2nd time he dismissed all concerns, even indicated he believed his in office xray over the MRI study that had already been done by saying and I quote "a pictures worth a thousand words". He shouldn't be allowed to interact with humans based on his lack of compassion empathy or comprehension of anything other than his own preconceived notions.
Concord Orthopedics was the only referral that got back to me in a timely manner. They were responsive and were able to schedule me in within a week. I thought the office visit process was smooth and expedient and the discussions were open and transparent. Given that we were not able to definitively identify the cause of my pain, the jury is still out on overall results. Experiment #1 is underway, with a follow-up in 6 weeks.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr McEntarfer answers all my questions, explains things so I understand them and is a wonderful spine surgeon.
