So as I go through the recent comments I see a lot of compliments in regard to communication. Let's start off by saying that family member is a client of theirs currently and can never get any response to anything. She's asked for updates and much more only to not get responses from Zack. She's called several times and never gets an answer. If I could give zero stars I definitely would.
