DO NOT RENT HERE! Mark and Tim (maintenance crew) are WONDERFUL, however the landlord is a complete slumlord! She tried to lie to me and tell me she comes to the apartment every day to check for rent, I’ve been here for 2 years and I’ve never seen her once! She collects rent whenever it works for her, so your check is just sitting in a mailbox for 10+ days. She is an AWFUL property manager and I would NEVER recommend anyone to live here. This is the WORST place I have ever lived. Robin is the manager and she is a straight up liar and con artist. Our roof collapsed and ruined my dining room table and rugs. That happened on July 4th, we moved out in September and it STILL wasn't fixed. Robin told me to my face and via text message and voicemail that it was fine we were moving out and we didn't have to pay our last months rent, and these slumlords still had the audacity to try to sue me!
