The food was excellent. We drive from Torrington just to have Rosi's!
Usually the food here is pretty good but today, not so much! I ordered chicken lo mein, chicken chow mein, and sweet and sour chicken. The lo mein and chow mein were bland and flavorless, and the sweet and sour chicken was all cut up and cooked so much it was dry and hard. My family and I were very disappointed.
I was beyond thankful and satisfied! Kind, courteous, helpful! Very good at what they do!!! So professional!
