I had the pleasure of working with Lauren and her team to find the perfect spot for my family in the Kierland area of 85254. Lauren knows luxury and making sure her buyers get the best value in the cities and finding gems that other realtors may miss. So grateful for her friendship in addition to her expertise as a realtor.
This was my very first time buying a house so I was clueless about the process. My realtor was the worst; would not answer my calls or return my calls so I had to go the home builders and ask questions . Dylan Sage was only about receiving money after the house closed and knew nothing about the process when I asked questions. I will not recommend the Rosin Team to anyone looking to buy a house. I literally searched for the home myself and he scheduled the appointments. That’s not how it’s suppose to work.
My husband and I were already searching for a home in Coolidge, we had an appointment to view one that day and I remember the day as if it were yesterday, the real estate agent we originally had scheduled through Redfin made us feel uncomfortable so we walked out of there and didn’t look back. We use this company to buy our house. Louie Soto was our agent our experience with him and his team was the worst, It was so stressful dealing with him and his team! They always said we didn’t received any emails from us. We Definitely don’t recommended this company.
We used the rosin team we paid 3 percent on a $640,000 house Louie Soto was our Agent. We have Bought and sold over five houses by far this was the most Unprofessional deal we have ever done. All we heard was. We never received emails. Can you send the paperwork again over and over and over just a pure waste of time and energy. We asked him to make an offer.He convinces us to raise our price and a hour later he says there’s another offer on the house We better move fast.
