This was my very first time buying a house so I was clueless about the process. My realtor was the worst; would not answer my calls or return my calls so I had to go the home builders and ask questions . Dylan Sage was only about receiving money after the house closed and knew nothing about the process when I asked questions. I will not recommend the Rosin Team to anyone looking to buy a house. I literally searched for the home myself and he scheduled the appointments. That’s not how it’s suppose to work.
My husband and I were already searching for a home in Coolidge, we had an appointment to view one that day and I remember the day as if it were yesterday, the real estate agent we originally had scheduled through Redfin made us feel uncomfortable so we walked out of there and didn’t look back.
