UPDATE 2: They are not responsive to emails at all. UPDATE: The management was able to get my garage quickly fixed! I am happy with both the management and maintenance. The maintenance overall is usually good. Both Bryan and Jamie are very helpful and handle most issues quickly. However, I am extremely disappointed with the management at Rosina Vista. Great service as well as great attitude.
Usually, I would never do a review of an apartment complex until I move out. But I guess they're doing this update where they're trying to get reviews as the years go by. So my thoughts are that it's fairly nice. Maintenance guys are amazing and always very polite. For the first two years I've seen them around but never really needed them until my third year and as my hot water heater cracked or AC gets clogged they have always been respectful and carful with my little babies running around my house.
