Recently moved and couldn’t be happier to find a place to call home. All the leasing team especially Jose and Mya made the process so much easier and stress free they were always professional, caring and friendly. The location is perfect, close to the Fwy, Parks and the schools that have high ratings. The amenities are always clean, l enjoy having a Gym, Pool, Sauna in my new home. Love coming home to a safe and peaceful place environment. My family and I are excited for this new chapter.
UPDATE: The management was able to get my garage quickly fixed! I am happy with both the management and maintenance. The maintenance overall is usually good. Both Brian and Jamie are very helpful and handle most issues quickly. However, I am extremely disappointed with the management at Rosina Vista. My garage is in need of repairs, and despite multiple follow-ups, they have shown little urgency in addressing the issue.
