If you're considering moving here, think twice. The management does not properly maintain the property or respond to residents' concerns. The stairways leading to the apartments are filthy and need to be pressure washed. The common areas are not kept clean, which reflects poorly on the property's upkeep. Recently toured at Rosina. My lease is not up until November, but I wanted to see what options we had to be ready. The manager of the property gave me a tour; she was kind and answered all of my questions. A lot of other properties did not want to tour us since our date is further out. Rosina was clean and the unit was spacious. Our family will be back in November.
